Thanks for sharing this great post on professional and personal development. I agree with Gavin about the lack of growth leads to becoming stagnant. I really began thinking of that excellent choice of word by Gavin. Stagnant is defined as “having no current or flow and often having an unpleasant smell as a consequence.”
So if we choose to stop growing and not work on our own personal development, we by default will become stagnant. Personal development is how we develop and enhance the quality of life and contribute to the realization of dreams and aspirations.
