Angela’s parents always told her that she could accomplish anything she wanted to in life, and they led by example. Her mother was among the first group of Black police officers and policewomen hired by the city of Philadelphia. Her father was an entrepreneur who made his living in real estate and also as the owner/operator of a dry cleaning establishment.
Angela has taken to heart Zig Ziglar’s mantra, “If you can dream it, then you can achieve it. You will get all you want in life if you help enough other people get what they want.” She’s grateful for every day she’s alive and able to live her dreams.
Angela is most proud of the things that money can’t buy, like her loving family and friends and her service to others. She taught school, tutored children, created a mentoring program for students and their families, homeschooled her own children, and counseled students on how to get into their top-choice colleges. She’s written, designed, or edited books on the college application process, study abroad, entrepreneurship, and weight loss.
Angela is no stranger to adversity. Both of her parents died relatively early, and her extended family is haunted by diabetes, hypertension, and heart disease. That’s one reason why she developed her talents as a wellness coach – so she can help others triumph over the scourge of illnesses that rob them of their energy and their lives.
Angela absolutely adores travel, as do the other members of her family who have lived abroad or work overseas on every continent except for Antarctica and Australia. She consults
with people on how to retire early, how to retire overseas, and how to create portable businesses that they can operate from anywhere on earth.
Angela sees opportunity everywhere. She is a solutions provider and is especially motivated to help people overcome challenges. That’s one reason she has thrown her heart and soul into coaching and consulting. She firmly believes that we are all meant to shine and that we are powerful beyond measure.
